Ownership & Fuel
We require all privately owned vehicles be legally registered, insured and inspected. The fuel tank should be filled prior to pick-up
Average trip hours and extended billing
We have a minimum number of hours that we guarantee to our drivers. This reflects the approximate amount of time it takes to reach a destination to or from the Lehigh Valley. If our drier takes more time to finish a trip due to traffic complications, adverse weather conditions, or frequent stops requested by a passenger, then Advantage Chauffeur Services will bill for the extended period of time.
Out-of-Pocket Expenses
All out-of-pocket expenses by a driver during his trip will be billed for reimbursement. We keep receipts that are copied and included in your statement. Out-of-pocket expenses would include, but are not limited to, bridge and parkway tolls, parking lot fees, and refueling if needed. We can provide the necessities for your trip and our office will add it to your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Advantage Chauffeur Services requires 24 hour's notice to cancel a trip.
If you need to cancel your trip on notice less then 24 hour's than you will still be billed by our office the full cost of the trip.
Exceptions are made for the following:
Your flight was cancelled and therefore, you will not be going to the airport.
A storm made weather conditions so treacherous that you or our office has chosen not to risk going on your trip.
Other exceptions are made at the discretion of our office manager and your personal situation.
We Suggest
Advantage Chauffeur Services wants a comfortable and easy trip for everyone so we suggest the following preparations before your service.
Please make sure your vehicle is fully fueled prior to your pick-up time.
If you plan to pay cash to the driver, then please inform our office ahead of time and prepare for bridges, tolls and parking expenses that would otherwise be billed in our total charge.
Always plan ahead and inform us of any additional pick-ups or stops you will need to make along the way, so we can time our trip accordingly.
Your vehicle should be in good working order. The most accurate address and directions are always most helpful.
