Advantage Chauffeur Services is not responsible for loss, damage or accidents sustained to your vehicle during or after your trip. Once your vehicle is dropped off at the location of your request, we are no longer in control of your property. Your automobile insurance is what covers you, our driver, and your property in the event of an accident. It is imperative that all privately owned vehicles be up to date on their automobile insurance before reserving services with us. Owners are responsible for any pets that are traveling with them.
Advantage Chauffeur Services is not responsible for an animals sickness or escape and all care and behavior for or by an animal. Any pet is solely the responsibility of the owner.
All drivers are asked to provide a current motor vehicle abstracts to our office before working for us. We ensure that all drivers have a clean license before they are permitted to drive for us and we monitor individual behavior. Any complaints can be forwarded to our office who will fully investigate any problems. Please be informed that we are not a taxi service. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of the Lehigh Valley or Allentown. We hire only professional drivers who have chauffeured before, have clean driver licenses and no criminal history's.
